BiBiHOME is an apartment classified as " accommodation for tourist use rented for short periods (less than 30 days) " in compliance with current national and regional legislation.
Where is BiBiHOME located?
Via Santa Barbara, 47 – 95124 Catania (ITALY). On the second floor of a historic building, built at the beginning of the twentieth century.
Is BiBiHOME equipped with a lift?
BiBiHOME is a historic residence in which there is currently no elevator installed, therefore it can only be reached via stairs.
How big is BiBiHOME?
3 rooms for 75 m2 of total surface area.
How many rooms does BiBiHOME have?
It has three rooms: a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed.
How to book a stay at BiBiHOME?
It is possible to book a stay at BiBiHOME in different ways:
- via BOOKING.COM portal;
- via the AIRBNB.COM portal;
- via the VRBO.COM portal;
- by specific request on the "CONTACT US "
Does the stay at BiBiHOME require the payment of the tourist tax?
In compliance with current legislation, payment of the tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person is required. To be paid at check-in (or booking on Airbnb).
Is BiBiHOME equipped with air conditioning?
There is a heat pump/inverter air conditioner in the living room which can cool/heat the entire apartment.
Is BiBiHOME equipped with an internet connection?
Yes, BiBiHOME offers its guests free Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the apartment provided by TIM, with speeds of up to 40 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload.
What does booking a stay at BiBiHOME include?
By booking a stay at BiBiHOME, our guests are entitled to:
- the use of the kitchen and all appliances present at BiBiHOME;
- the use of the bathroom;
- use of the laundry and washing machine;
- sheet kit (1 per guest);
- towel kit (1 per guest);
- welcome kit;
- use of safe;
- use of Wi-FI internet connection;
- use of air conditioning;
- use electricity and water.
When is it possible to check in at BiBiHOME?
Check-in can take place between 3.00 pm and 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. It is possible to arrange an early/late check-in with the BiBiHOME staff.
Is it possible to check out at BiBiHOME?
BiBiHOME must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to arrange a late check-out with the BiBiHOME staff.
Does BiBiHOME provide a luggage storage service?
In compliance with current Italian legislation, check-in and check-out are ALWAYS carried out in the presence of BiBiHOME Staff. Therefore, remote or distance check-in via telematic or electronic means or social platforms is not allowed.
Does BiBiHOME provide a luggage storage service?
BiBiHOME does not offer a luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out. However, there are several third-party operators in the area who offer this service.
Does BiBiHOME have private parking?
BiBiHOME does not have its own private car park, however it is possible to park near it, on the blue lines (AMTS) or white lines (free).
